Baan Dam Museum, also known as the Black House, is the extraordinary creation of renowned Thai artist Thawan Duchanee. This unconventional museum complex consists of over 40 black-painted structures of varying sizes and architectural styles, creating a dark and mystical atmosphere that contrasts sharply with the famous White Temple nearby. Baan Dam Museum is located about 10 kilometers north of Chiang Rai city center in Nang Lae district.
